Refund policy
At Christmas Treasure, we want you to love every item you receive. While we take great care in providing high-quality, festive products, we understand there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
🎁 Change of Mind Returns
We are happy to offer a store credit if you've had a change of heart, provided the return meets the conditions below:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- The item is unopened, unused, unworn, and in original, saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
- A copy of your invoice or packing slip is included with the return.
- The item is not a clearance, personalised, or custom-made product, which are non-returnable for change of mind.
- All return shipping costs (including tracking and insurance, if applicable) are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost return parcels.
- Once approved and received, a store credit (excluding original shipping fees, if any) will be issued to you for use within 6 months.
🎄 Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if the product you receive:
- Has a manufacturing defect or fault;
- Is significantly different from the description or sample shown;
- Or does not function as advertised.
To qualify for a return under this policy:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
- You must provide your order number, invoice number, and photo evidence of the damage or defect.
- Items must be returned in original condition (except for faulty products).
- We may request return of the product for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.
- If approved, we will cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items.
⏱ Late or Missing Returns
- Returns must be pre-approved before being sent. Any returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Items returned after the 7-day window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
